Jenny and I have now arrived safely back in Australia after our wonderful holiday in Canada and Alaska. I thought I would send you a brief email expressing our appreciation for the amazing experiences you introduced us to, and for the way you looked after us during the time we spent at Tonglen Lake Lodge.
The time we spent with you at Tonglen Lake was certainly one of the highlights. Your professionalism was of the highest standard. You took considerable trouble to show us some amazing scenery, wild life and to have us undertake some very adventurous activities (for us anyway). You crammed in hiking, jet boat rides and pack rafting, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed – while always feeling safe.
We are particularly appreciative of you going the ‘extra mile’ outside of the scheduled activities in driving us to and from places such as restaurants in the evening.
Joe, we sincerely thank you for everything you did for us in the Denali area. We will have no hesitation in recommending your company to all our friends if they are thinking about their own Alaskan experience.”
